Staying Safe

Resolve is a charity based in Stone that looks at the issues of solvent abuse amongst youngsters.  Years 7 and 8 enjoyed a very informative and entertaining talk about solvent abuse and peer pressure.  This was demonstrated to good effect where two pupils were encouraged by their peers to eat dog food! (Don’t worry – it was jelly and cake in a tin made to look like dog food – but they didn’t know that.)  I hope that this will give the children confidence to say ‘no’ and to avoid situations that could lead to taking drugs.
