Corporate governance

The Board of Governors is composed of members who provide the skills and experience needed for the advancement of the school, including educational, legal, accounting and other business skills.  The full Board meets at least three times a year and is supported by committees in such fields as safeguarding children, health and safety, academic, finance and marketing.  Board members are elected at general meetings of The Yarlet Trust and come up for re-election every three years.  Committee members are elected by the full Board and include co-opted members of staff, parents and Old Yarletians.
